Principal Technical Program Manager

Amazon Web Services is seeking an experienced, self-directed Technical Program Manager with Technical skills to design and implement advanced process and tooling to support our growing Professional Services practice.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services engages in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, spanning diverse technologies across multiple industries.
The Application Migration, Modernization & Management Practice collaborates across the entire AWS organization to deliver the best solutions for customers, connect with AWS product and service teams, and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.
As trusted customer advocates, the Practice helps organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate and/or re-develop existing workloads in the cloud.
You will help shape, execute, and deliver solutions for a broad range of customer use cases primarily from large enterprise customers.
Are you passionate about solving business problems through data driven decision making? In this role, you will own responsibility for one or more critical process and systems areas and will partner with stakeholders to define both the near-term and long term strategy for those areas.
Your recommendations, based on data, will contribute deeply to the direction of the ProServe application roadmap and will provide the right balance of quick-win efficiency gains with the longer-term optimization of the business.
You will work closely with the global operations and field teams to achieve business objectives and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting analysis to identify opportunities, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions.
Requirements gathering, aggregation and development.
Design and visualization of both functional and technical solutions with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Detailed business process optimization and design.
Invent new ways to define and measure program effectiveness and organizational productivity.
Root cause analysis and presentation of recommendations.
Acting as the SME for multiple functional areas and delivering training in these areas.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
