Job summaryAmazon Web Services' Talent Acquisition (AWSTA) is looking for a high caliber Principal to support the Diversity Recruiting efforts for AWS Infrastructure Services.
The ideal candidate is excited about innovation and driving improvement in our recruiting processes.
They have a demonstrated history of owning and managing large, complex programs and engaging with cross-functional teams directly and through influence.
Strong ability to help design and implement tools/processes are critical to the success in this role.
This role will be responsible for diving deep into the talent acquisition value stream's candidate sourcing methods and candidate sourcing category data and processes, understanding capabilities and limitations, and creating continuous candidate generation solutions.
They must possess high proficiency and efficacy in identifying and implementing mechanisms to scale repeatable processes.
Along with ownership of overall recruiting process improvement, they will specifically define the long-term vision for community partnership and event strategy for AWS TA AIS and creating the roadmap to get there.
This will involve creating new candidate experiences, marketing plans, readiness reviews and retrospectives.
Key job responsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
o Creating mechanisms to evaluate diversity recruiting initiatives for quality, business impact, and scalability.
o Build and maintain successful partnerships including regular reporting on project progress and statuso Create sourcing enablement strategies to proactively build diverse technical and non-technical candidate poolso Oversee a variety of organizational partners to ensure they deliver a high-quality experience for our candidateo Utilize exceptional communication skills to manage leadership reviews and post initiative debriefso Invent new formats to raise the bar on candidate engagement and experience.
o Utilize your attention to detail and your experience to ensure high quality results.
o Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement.
o Develop and execute to plans to identify and drive productivity improvements in our strategyo Lead and/or participate in cross-business/cross-company projects and initiatives related to diversity in talent acquisition.
o Create effective candidate channels for multi-directional engagemento Fostering an active and helpful community and information exchange among partner organizationso Accelerating and strengthening partnerships that support our diversity recruiting initiativeso Other projects as required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
